We are Solshine Games.

Full legal name SOLSHINE GAMES YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, a company registered in Türkiye.

We develop and publish games for mobile platforms under the Solshine Mobile brand.

1. What We Collect

• Device Information: Model, OS version, unique device ID (Android ID), IP address.
• Gameplay Data: Levels completed, settings chosen, performance stats, crash reports, etc.
• Advertising ID: Your Google Advertising ID for relevant ads.
• Purchase Records: In-app purchase details (we don’t store your payment card info—Google handles that).
• Support Info: Your email and message history if you contact us for help.

• To Run the Game: Ensure it works smoothly on your device.
• To Improve Your Experience: Fix bugs, optimize performance and develop better features by analyzing what our players like.
• To Personalize Ads: Show ads that match your interests.
• To Provide Support: Help you quickly when you reach out.

3. Who Sees Your Data

We only share with trusted partners who help us:

• Analytics Services (Firebase Analytics, Unity Analytics, Game Analytics) for crash and usage tracking.
• Ad Networks (AdMob) to deliver ads.
• Cloud Providers (Google Play Services) for storage and authentication.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. How Long We Keep It

We keep data for the maximum amount of time allowed by the partner services (mentioned in 4. Who Sees Your Data).

You have rights over your data, depending on where you live:

• Questions: Ask us anything regarding to your privacy.
• Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: Turn off ad personalization in your device’s Google Settings. Also if you’re in the EU, UK, or California (CCPA), permission for this is asked when you first start the game and accessible in the settings after that.
• Deletion: We currently do not provide a way to delete your data. Feel free to contact us about it. We are working on it.
• Limit Processing: We currently do not provide a way to limit data processing. Feel free to contact us about it. We are working on it.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our games are not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, just contact us to let us know and we'll do our best to delete it.

As a measure, on first launch of the games, we’ll ask if you’re 13 or older. If you say no (or don’t answer), we disable all analytics and ad-ID collection.

We use industry-standard security measures but no method is 100% foolproof. Only share what you’re comfortable with.
